Who is Cozy Pattern Muse for?

For surface pattern designers, illustrators, artists, creative entrepreneurs and anyone who wants a warm, smart assistant to help with both the creative and business side of their art practice.

Do I need to be "good with AI" to use her?

Nope!

She is beginner friendly, explains everything step by step and adapts to your style, your personality and your creative workflow.

What can Cozy Pattern Muse do?

Access & Account Questions

How do I access Cozy Pattern Muse?

Simply click your personal link after purchase. It opens directly inside ChatGPT. No download, no installation.

Do I need my own ChatGPT account?

Yes. Cozy Pattern Muse runs inside ChatGPT, so you need a free or paid Open AI account.

Does everyone get the same Muse?

No! Each user has their own personalized version, adapted to their style and answers during onboarding.

ChatGPT Free vs Plus

Does Cozy Pattern Muse work with the FREE Chat GPT plan?

Yes! In most cases.

Many free users can access and use the Muse without upgrading.

BUT:

Some free accounts do not yet have Custom GPT access, depending on:

  • region rollout

  • whether the account is linked to a work/school email

  • daily usage limits

  • OpenAI server capacity

If your account doesn't allow GPT usage, you will see a message like "Upgrade to use this GPT", even though the Muse itself does not require Plus.

What can I do if I get the "Upgrade to Plus" message?

Try one of these:

  • Use a privat Gmail/Outlook address (work/school accounts oft block GPT usage)

  • Try again later. Free accounts have limited daily access, you may have hit the limit

  • Clear browser cache or use Incognito mode

  • Use the ChatGPT mobile app (often more stable for free users)

Troubleshooting

My GPT won't open. What can I try?

Please check:

  • Are you logged into a private ChatGPT account (not work/school)?

  • Have you hit your daily free limit?

  • Try in incognito mode

  • Try the mobile app

  • Check if GPT access is available in your region

The GPT says it needs a paid plan, but others can access it for free?

This is tied to your OpenAI account, not the Muse. Some free accounts have restricted access. A fresh Gmail/OpenAI account usually works instantly.

The Muse isn't responding how I expected. What should I do?

Just type: "reset onboarding" or "let's start fresh". She will guide you from the beginning.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through Systeme.io and usually include:

Credit card, debit card and Paypal.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes. VAT is calculated automatically based on your country.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, refunds are generally not offered.

BUT: if you experience technical issues accessing the Muse, please contact me and I will help you immediately.
